APPLIED KINESIOLOGY
Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a term coined by the founder of this technique, Dr. George Goodheart. This is a form of diagnosis and treatment that uses muscle testing as a primary feedback mechanism to examine how a person's body is functioning.
Dr. Goodheart developed many revolutionary ideas in examination and treatment and was the first Chiropractor to be an official member of the US. Olympic Medical Team. This was at the winter Olympics in Lake Placid, NY in 1980. Dr. McGlinn was fortunate to be able to have learned Applied Kinesiology directly from Dr. Goodheart.
